By accessing or using Stadium Pulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Stadium Pulse is a peer-to-peer marketplace. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not the seller of tickets. All tickets are listed by individual verified sellers.
All purchases are covered by our Fan Guarantee. If tickets are invalid at the venue, buyers receive a full refund or equivalent replacement. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of the event.
Sellers must list only tickets they legally own. Sellers must transfer tickets within 24 hours of sale. Sellers who fail to deliver valid tickets will be permanently banned and subject to financial penalties.
The following are strictly prohibited: listing counterfeit or invalid tickets, creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, using bots to purchase tickets, and misrepresenting seat locations or ticket conditions.
Buyers pay a 12% service fee plus a flat $5.50 processing fee per order. Sellers pay a 10% commission deducted from their payout. Fees are non-refundable except in cases covered by the Fan Guarantee.
Disputes between buyers and sellers will be resolved by Stadium Pulse's Trust & Safety team. Decisions are final. For unresolved disputes, binding arbitration applies under Korean law.
Stadium Pulse is not liable for cancelled events, venue entry refusals due to buyer conduct, or losses exceeding the ticket purchase price. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
